this is one blogpost about how i think some people should understand.

if you have a commitment, let's say a cca session, it should be informed beforehand. and if you have already promised something else on that day before this, then please get your priorities right.

it's not that you can't forgo, it doesn't kill to explain properly why you need to cancel out right?
don't you know that everything has to be explained properly in order to avoid unhappiness?

there's a reason why you think everyone don't understand you, BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN EXPLAIN YOUR ACTIONS.

let's just say your cca ends at what 5pm, but you are needed at latest 2pm, what to do? DECIDE LAH. which is more important? if you are not back at latest 2pm, what will happen? if you forgo your cca stuff, is it going to be really missed? of which is your presence more important? will it escalate to become disastrous if you come back earlier? if it will, explain! don't act as if it's other people's fault that you get unhappy about it when you don't make sure they understand.

just a simple, 'i can't come back that early, i have important things to settle, but i will try my best' will do it. not, 'you said this time yesterday and now you want me to be earlier so what you want me to do? my freaking cca ends at 5pm blahblahblah'

notice the difference in ATTITUDE?

i don't want to say much, but sometimes your attitude really makes me go crazy, but i cannot argue with you because you know yourself that non of my views nor message will get across.

actions and consequences, please take time to think about them. i've told you so many times about your problem, if you don't spend any effort to help yourself, nobody will. and don't blame anyone for your loneliness or unhappiness because you deserve them.

i know, everybody has attitude at different times, i'm not saying mine is perfect, but at least to people i respect, i think before i do. don't compare yourself with others to make you feel better, compare yourselves.

alright, i finally went to redeem my first starbucks drink from my card, caramel machiatto, which i totally forgot that i've already tried it before. but it's good enough.
the christmas drinks are out and i've tried 2 out of 3 of them! love the drinks but i have to stop before i'm broke. =x

starbucks atmosphere is nice, maybe i'll hang out more often when i get my new computer(:

终于拨完98集的新还珠格格了。

结局让我特别心痛与感动，我和妹妹独自看，看完了都以泪洗面，大哭了一场。尤其是最后几集，差不多都是捧着纸巾盒看的。

我想，大概没几个人能了解我们的心情吧。

开始看新还珠的时候，周边的人都磨磨蹭蹭。有的说自己绝对不会陷入这种无谓的漩涡里，有的对新剧情反感，一直在批评这批评那，我听了都懒得回应。

你们说新演员一点喜感都没有，紫薇不够漂亮，新燕子是故意找得像旧燕子的，尔康永琪都没有四大才子长得好看。满嘴都是批评，完全没有给他们机会，非常侮辱。

我不想破坏现在这么惊心动魄，激动的气氛，所以不再多说。我想，这些人大概没经验吧。

能够痛彻心肺的把永燕箫晴重新改过（康薇没太大改变），我想琼瑶阿姨一定经过了一番挣扎。我不怪她几乎完全改变了永燕之间的故事，但却有些遗憾。欣荣，俞妃娘娘，班杰明的加入，让永燕间多了真实感。可是，是否应该再交代多一些？欣荣生下了绵忆，和俞妃知道永琪所谓的‘希望和寄托’之后，有何反应？班杰明不告而别，到底是对是错？小燕子与永琪不会后悔一辈子吗？这一号三人组，就这样永远分开了？

真希望这一切都会有答案，可惜没有。班杰明的痛，我能深深体会。我感谢阿姨把他写得那么好。除此之外，其他的我也没什么疑惑了。

特别满意阿姨对箫晴的眷顾,这点总算比旧还珠好太多了！终于能感受到侠骨柔情，天涯海角，不能分手的意义。

新还珠可以说是我懂事以来，最喜欢的一部戏。这部戏陪我走了十年的路，八岁时天天追看旧还珠，十八岁的我又天天追看新还珠。这种体验，人生能拥有几次?

希望我身边的人都能像剧里的主角一样，永远快乐幸福！

haven't been updating a lot due to school work outside work and my new addiction.
many might say it isn't the right time to become addicted, but i swear it'll not affect me too much.
i believe if you've read my blog &twitter, you'll know i re-watched the whole 还珠格格 again in the beginning of this year, and now i am watching the new one!
finally, 新还珠格格 is up &although i felt a little skeptical at first, i tried and am a die hard fan now.

the old version was my childhood, literally, i was sooo into the series that it's the one and only one drama that i remember very vividly. and if you know me, really know my childhood, you'll understand that i didn't have quite a normal childhood. it was filled with loads of other stuff, watching tv was a rare activity.

i remembered collecting all sorts of cards and other collectable items of the theme 还珠格格! haha.

discovered the main blog of the drama recently and it has so much insights that i have to read very slowly, as i didn't follow the whole team from the beginning, i have to catch up(:

Oh! Prom, yes, prom. I had a really fun time booking the table lol, because we were like one of the last 5 groups of people whom haven't book on Friday. Haha, I don't know how to describe how much it meant.

Anyway, end of years examination is around the corner, time to work hard again hur.

Just trying out another blogging method. Here's a picture of myself taken last Sunday in my office. Yes I'm at work again and brought my computer 'cause i need to do GP presentation due next week. Sigh, it's getting stressful again, end-of-years in less than 6weeks time and all my results are (although passed) at borderline, so dangerous!! Econs, omg, kills &for that i haven't break my record U grade unlike maths.

Alicia introduce me wordpress.com for another blogging platform. I've signed up 'cause i saw that her new platform is kinda cool, you know and i wanna try it out. Turn out it's not idiot-proof zzz and it's sooooo complicated that until she teach me, i won't be posting there.
Not abandoning blogger, but just want to try out new things, (recently have been trying out alot of new things, which i don't want to let people know first, they won't understand).

Yeah you're right I'm a Koi fan (officially) and my recent favourite is Black Macchiato.... no pearls just tea with cream on top and believe me, it's one of my favourite combination ever!
I was the 1st customer 'cause i waited for it to open lol #cheapskate #auntiness #sosingaporean. Bobian luh people need to be on time for work.

Ok so i'm drinking my tea happily now. Today's plan:

altogether, the end of an era. though i didn't discover harry potter until the last book came out, i feel so much for the series.
so much mixed feelings of sadness, happiness, fascination.
it's the end of an era, but not for us die-hard HP fans!
will continue to read the books and watch the movies till the end of the world.

a little disappointment though, voldemort should die infront of everyone &not just disappear like that..
maybe the idea was about him dying alone i think, that i can accept(:

oh and snape!! he's one of my favourite character of the series! his memories made me cry ):
was quite surprise i tear-ed at the end of the movie, it's was that good &i can't describe..

ah well, it's been great and it's all worth the wait. let the HP spirit of love, friendship, innocence &magic be in our hearts forever.

hey guyssssss.
i'm in quite a good mood today because recently i've been making some changes!
this post is full of rubbish and useless pictures, taken just for my own entertainment heh.

1st aunt just came back to asia from new zealand! she had been spending some time back in ipoh and now she's in sg(:
sadly, because i have no more time left (need to mug), so mom took a few days off work and accompany her. i'll have to stay home ):

anyways. i took up a job for weekends and will be committing till around november, whereby naturally i'll take up another job which some of you might already know.

bought myself afew nail polish colours from skinfood.
buy 3 get one free.

this is actually nail essence that prevent the colours from seeping in your nails. the essence will be absorbed into you nails to protect it.

dark shimmer blue, one of my all time favourite colours(:

this is the free one, peach i think, i have it on my toenails, not very good on fingernails, i tried, but toenails are good(:

still got another one with my sis, she chose that colour, it kind of a dark brown. maybe will post next time, but it's quite a normal colour.

heh, i'm beginning to love skinfood stuff, including their other products like makeup and bodywash etcetc.
the nail polishes are VERY easy to get off! and they dry super fast((:
i haven't try other products, very ex but i like the packaging and mom got some of their makeup.

ohoh and i got myself hell lots of other products. #vain
hair tonic &styling stuff. plus a black hoodie from uniqlo (?), and 2shorts from GSS at myphosis! 50-70% off leh if don't go snatch can commit suiside liao, myphosis clothes are nice ok. #auntyness

haven't been doing alot of things, have to get started soon, today.

today is the 2nd last official day for lessons in term 2.
tomorrow will be an early dismissal day, 12pm.
tomorrow tomorrow will be the 30% that's going to determine my academic pathway.

being legal means more responsibilities.
i'm going to learn to be smarter, more mature, and also more tolerant.
protecting myself is important, but protecting those around me is much more important.

truly sorry if people asked me why i chose to remove notification from facebook, resulting in them not knowing when it is.
i remembered mentioning to all those whom i really care, but how many actually.... this might help me understand abit, but note, it's only to an extent.

quite disappointed that none of you guys had any action, but i'm just going to take it as life. it doesn't mean that you people don't care, it just mean that i'm not that special in your heart afterall.

i don't know why, i've no other word to describe my life now.
good or bad? i should say both, but really?

some events in a few words.

class CIP, not good, i think i kind of stressed my hands too much that either i developed temporary blue black, or now my left pinky is hurting like shit.
i know, i'm like that slackest person, but that's just proving the fact that i'm a loser at physical stuff. hello, farming? it looks like fun but not really when you get down to it.

school, stress level turning up to a maximum point.
i've never in my life feel such a thing before, and it can be good or bad depends on how you see it.
junior's SYF results tonight, ok ONE HOUR to be exact (from when i start typing this).
senior? we only have less than 6 practice left, and we're not even 3/4 satisfied.

these 2 weeks have been multi-tasking alot, mainly on studying for test, and i'm seriously glad that GP EC GE EN are allllll done, and MA is in 2weeks time.

just tuesday i got into trouble with a teacher for the first time in my 18years of life.
how come? what happened? why? for what?
i'm not repeating the story.
how serious? i can say VERY, since she's my form teacher &probably will fail my LCD grade or whatever that's called.
am i going to do anything about it? nope, what can i do, seriously, you tell me lah.

everything seem to be going on and on and my life is just going and going and going. non stop, just going.

a few days before i was tweeting about how much i'm glad i have my retainee friends and i'm so happy to know them. they'll probably be the only ones whom stay contact even after graduations.
yeah i meant it.
not that my current girlfriends are going to abandon me nor my infinity will too, but just saying, we touch hearts like no one else does.

sigh, if not for them, i'd have drop into depression during this period of time.

i keep messing up, like quarreling with people whom i don't know or even with the teacher, which now i think back it's really pointless.
nowhere else to vent how? i can't blame anyone for all these that i'm experiencing.

i guess i'm going to just move on and on if that's the only way out.

a lizard story

hi guys, it's been 2 weeks since my last update, let me tell you what i've been doing, which i think you'll go 'duh~~' over.

1) staying in school late monday till thursday, and finally understanding what's TGIF about.
2) preparing for infinity performance for CHAMPS 13April, which was yesterday. will blog about it soon i think.
3) starting class CIP which will commence every sunday
4) studying till late every night for coming test (GP today, screwed, and econs tomorrow, which i wonder why am i blogging now. and geog and elit next week!)

so no time for blogging, even drama online okay...
just reformatted my computer and it's feeling quite fresh, but have to hunt down the antivirus CD soon.

so, back to topic, a lizard story.
here goes:
i killed a lizard just now.

the concert was held at esplanade and it was MAD AWESOME!!!!
i considered myself very very lucky to have got the ticket and gone.
the pieces and featured conductors were amazing, they improved alot alot alot compared to last year's and i seriously wonder how that happened, despite guest players like mr lee mr wong and others.

very motivating.
if rvco can be like that, i cannot imagine where our rivals would stand man, they'll never have any chances.

i don't like that fact that IP takes away the opportunity of us making completely new friends in JC.
you know, people always say that your lifetime friends come from your higher education life, even spouse, but that's not the point.
even if you make new friends in JC classes, you don't know whether can trust or not because they might already be associated with other people during first 4 years already.

hence maybe cause my 占有欲 too strong so i cannot stand to share with other people.
&i share all my happenings with alll my close friends. they know everything about me.
all my friends must be MINE.
i'm that selfish.

so when i hear anybody whom i intend to get close with having other associations, especially those i dislike, i cannot stand it and will be very upset.
this is the second time i'm experiencing this ever since i made 'new' friends in JC life, i guess i should just give up already.

can build about 3 RV lor, walked till wanna die.

we saw his soldiers changing shift and they need to march alllllllll the way from the main building to the gate lah.
it's like what 3km away == (ok exaggerated, maybe 2km)
pffts, waste resources.

paid 2bucks each for the entrance to main building, cause it rained and there isn't any shelter wth.

had co cip yesterday @IMH and it was aweeeesome!
interacted with the patients (which is okok only) but performance and what happened after that picked up(:
went up to the stage and danced (not really, just moved) with sy davy and jt. crazy people.
and then almost all the girls played choochoo train around the hall like madwomen lol.
but trip back to school was even more fun as the guys talked _ behind while me and some others talked about more decent stuff in the middle of the bus.
like got gradient one lor the conversations going on in the bus.
in front jl they all were talking about school based stuff with the teachers while me and some in the middle talked about school culture and gossips, but people at the back...... =.=
haha but bus trip back was definitely better then bus trip to IMH.

after returning instruments to co room most of us went dinner at boonlay market.
talked until around 9pm then went home.

life has been..... pretty good so far, with lessons everyday and then cca on tuesday and wednesday to look forward to.

monday: blues........ look forward to tuesday's geog lesson and cca
tuesday: 3.5hours break before lit zzzz but got cca!
wednesday: cca!!!!!!!!! double geog also XD
thursday: GP! ((: and release at 12pm, go home and go back school for dance. <3
friday: GP again! look forward to weekends....

1) Chingay Parade
yeah motivation VIP! it was the first time i joined this kind of event... it's not only for the cip hours but also making alot of new friends.. though non of them are still in touch, but it's a great experience which i'll do it again if i have the chance next time(:

ok this is not really an event but i'll just categorise it under here bah. jeremy davy jinglan siyi and mandy plus juniors! unfortunately we only did a few performances together.. which is quite regretful, should have created it earlier! =x must have some gathering someday alrights.. not going to continue next year but will miss all of them(:

3) Project Work
actually there's nothing much to talk about pw... ziqi qixin cheeyang and me(: i think i can predict our grade... not a good one though. but kinchana(: we've done it and to the best of our abilities already! will miss the times with you people.

4) UK Trip
was it a dream i had for a few months? i don't know.. all i can remember was when teacher said i'm eligible for the trip and me packing few days before.. alicia came to visit me on that morning and i was alone with her when mr lim called and announce it's cancellation. i cried on the dot. UK was my dream, i didn't expect i could go but then it just appeared to be a dream i had, afterall.
tell me i can have another chance someday, perhaps next year?

5) Social Etiquette/ Birthday/ East Coast/ Kbox
it was the best birthday week i've ever had, thank you thank you thank you sooo much for it 5R, i love you guys.

7) Dad's hospitalisation
this is the first time a member in my immediate family got hospitalised. none of us have ever thought of the possibility before. i'm still 17, i though it'll happen later, not so early. i wish dad good heath and never get hospitalise again. and thank you to those who knew and gave me support, especially people i've texted during the few days... you know who you are.

8) Tuition
first time i ever got myself tuition ever since sec1. hopefully they'll help in my future.... nothing much to talk about this =x

9) Injury
scariest incident i've ever got into. i was freaked out when taking xrays to ensure i didn't have any fractures... another new experience that once is enough =x

huge event. i didn't know that i was needed until jt texted and ask me for help. it's was a total blast, memories flush and everything was awesome. from the rushed practices to the anxiety (that we all couldn't make it in time) to aylc night to the actual night. it was perfect with those guys(: couldn't describe more despite me wanting to say more.

unfortunately we only managed one foodtrip this year because everybody was scattered with different timetables and was busy with our own stuff.... but it was great moments though, will have more in the future!

12) Retaining
this is not an event, it's a choice. i made the choice to repeat year 5 next year. reason being more concentration for year 6 without syf stress and also more time for myself. these are the two main reasons. i'm still not very prepared yet, not knowing what will happen nor how i'll feel towards the whole new environment.
the thought of seeing my batch working hard and graduating together makes my inside squeal, like something is twisting my intestines. the thought of not being able to go for prom night with them.... it just irks me much. but i'll have to do what's best for myself.

woke up at around 10plus and got ready to go out on monday. i thought mom said we'll wake at around 8am so have enough time to spend, end up i suspect she can't even wake up herself lol.
it was sooooo freaking jam at the woodlands custom, taking bus 170/160 into jb was sweat zzzz but managed to squeeze through the crowd anyway. (at around 2pm wtf)

ate KFC once we cross over 'cause singapore's KFC cmi compared to msia one can, but i still think it's oily stuff so normally i'd not eat it regardless of the country.
shopped at city square mall near custom and me sis bro all got ourselves schoolbags for around Rm145 okay! convert to singdollars is about $24 for each person if i'm not wrong.
nice buy man(: mine's still crumpler one leh. (okay i don't know if it's real one or not but the quality is very good so i don't really care if it tuen out to be fake...)

ate swensens, oh i tell you msia de western restaurants, the price is the same! just they change from $ to Rm only. OF COURSE MUST EAT LAH!
and i got myself boots, totally gorgeous. can't wait to wear them. :D

cabbed to eat bakuteh at some coffee shop, famous one and quite nice(:

wanted to stay overnight at a budget hotel but decided not to 'cause don't know safe or not...
so mom called car transport company and asked the uncle to fetch us home, if you have read enough of my life, we used to ask the uncle to fetch us to or fro msia. hehe of course need money lah.
ate at wong kok char chan teng, the same one me and friends celebrated hc's birthday few weeks ago...
and guess what, the price is also the same! change from $ to Rm only.
reached home at around 12am heh.

oh i didn't mention that my cousin took my red laptop table back to msia. so i was using my normal table to put my comp.

my father's sister (aka aunt) bought me and sis new wallets for christmas present.
didn't take pictures so won't be posting any(:
it's quite nice looking, not ideal though, but it'll do until i find another one which i'm really satisfied with.
went to fareast and found the shop that i wanted to buy wallet from, but i hesitated so didn't buy it.

i realised that every time i buy something after hesitating, i'll probably not use them again or regret buying the stuff, so i've learned my lesson and that is not to buy anything after hesitation, even abit of it also cannot.

alrights christmas yesterday wasn't anything special 'cause i don't have any celebrations nor anything la.
but i showered with thebodyshop strawberry shower gel when i reached home and it was perfect(:
the smell completely perks my mood up and i managed to sleep bit early then last last night.
these few days haven't been sleeping well don't know why. and on the eve of christmas eve i even slept at 3am. wtf =.=

actually i wanted to talk about this along with reflections of year 2010 but i decided to bring it forward.
throughout this year i've learnt alot of life meanings, lessons and most of all, perspectives of life.
here are some that i can think of up until now:

1) respect yourself
if you don't, no one will.

2) be responsible of your own actions
this is a basic thing that i think everybody should follow. unfortunately, experiences tell me that people would just shun whenever trouble finds them for what they've done.

3) don't judge a book by it's cover
never, ever judge anyone just by their face, it depletes you the opportunity to know who's best for you. at least don't when you don't have any concrete evidence of how they are like.

4) be proud of your beauty, don't compare
well, maybe people will say this to my face, 'of course, you have no problem with looks, you can say this'. what i'll reply is, 'it's not within my ability to control how i look, but it's within my ability to control how i behave. if your version of beauty is only that superficial, then good luck to you(:'
in additional, i've never admit to any comment about my outer appearance before, so shut up muttering.

5) life sucks so admit it
nobody will admit that they have a perfect life, at least not until they learn to appreciate what they have. i have friends who appear to have a life which i crave for: not needing to worry about financial problems, have a great family, have a boyfriend who love them, great social circle. but hachiman, they still complain in some way or another.
so admit that life sucks because we humans have unlimited wants.

6) do what you think is right
i think it's kinda self-explainable. rules are dead but we are alive. but of course, committing crime refers to number 2 up there. use your common sense.

7) appreciate what you have
it'll make you happier and give you hope.

8) always, stay positive
someone once said this to me, 'i wish i can be as cheerful as carefree as you'. you're probably right, i tend to have the ability to filter out all my sadness or worries because i understand that what's coming will come.. but that doesn't mean i don't have feelings, i just block them out, which in the long run, it might hurt a couple of folds more.

last but not least, different people have different perspective on life, to believe me or not, you'll have to decide for yourself.

is not easy.

first, you have to take responsibility of your duties and health.
then you have to solve all the problems that you face, and when you get impromptu ones.... that's your fate.

for example, you have to make sure that you are healthy and not eat fastfood for every lunchbreak, no skipping of meals!... and also manage all the crop ups while in the middle of doing other stuff.
and the people we face... i don't know how to describe ==

but overall as my first job ever, it's great experience because i'm doing things related to what i absolutely love, with the best people in the world(:

but on the down side, i neglect my studies (><) but oh wells can catch up next year =x

that day i met all the examiners during the dinner mr lum organised for all instructors and co professionals and people of that sort. and this examiner in charged of sheng/suona sat with us in a taxi on the way there.
so we began some small chats... and he asked for my name.
because he's from china, i told him my full chinese name.
and when he heard my sirname, he began talking about how rare it is in sg blahblah... so i agreed and blahblah..
and then, he decided to call me 小麦.
in my head, i was like..... 'mmmm, yeah~~' *raise one eyebrow* totally, you can imagine my face la.
so from then onwards i was known as 小麦 among the examiners.

but then on hindsight(btan introduced me this word when he was editing my i&r).... i found it quite nice la.

so...... i reckon i'm going to lose weight after all these due to the amount of walking we did on the runway (road from waiting point to exam point, it's straight so i name it the runway). each candidate walk once, so imagine.
tomorrow i shall attempt to measure the length of the runway(:
oh and if i am on the 2nd floor i'll have to bring candidates who are taking grade 7&8 down to first floor for their aural test. count the stairs in.
davy say everyday feels like work out, because he's stronger &have to shift instruments like yq and gz if they bring their own. lololol pityful ttm.

but still, i enjoy everything(:
especially lunch!! oh i tell you today we went to science faculty and ate that cafe which sells damn good western food and it was freaking cheap!
my club sandwich was 3.90$ and most epic of all, davy's fish mix chicken chop was only 5$, not to mention sis's fish&chip and ruixiao, karin's.
ok maybe it doesn't sound cheap here but it is.

as i've tweeted, my family went to changi airport last night to wait for brother's arrival from his china trip.
hanged out at this cafe that's 24/7 open, and we all actually fell asleep at the sofa chairs.
oh no..... hope nobody take photo and put on storm or something =x

anyways the journey back was on the school's coach bus. so we slept all the way back to pschool.

bro bought quite alot of stuff for us.
tealeaves (damn good ones), and ornaments... and these for me and sis:

behind -- 2 pictures that actually have visual effects on them (the fox one is overlapped by the dog one because i wanna save space)... and 2 devil soft toys. lol.
oh and he bought a Fahrenheit 写真集 for sis also.

so in total i slept from about 3am till 5am, plus the 45minute journey home.
abit headache now, and the worst is i never put on retainer for the night.
shits, horror.

oh and i went to explore the whole terminal 3 by myself.
it was deserted and really have nobody at all.
went to the 4th floor where people usually view the planes and stuff like that.
alot of people sleeping on the floor! zzz.
but overall it was damn quiet and abit eerie.
but then, it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience haha.

i found a new passion into curing my boredom -- and that is to shop for things that are organizing-related.
if you've noticed, i just got myself a new bag, and i was thinking about doing it justice by at least arranging the contents in it.
i don't know why, but it's like a new found passion. (eww, why?! because my new bag is sooooo glamorous!)

i really thought i was going to just drop dead in comp lab today.
the feeling of suffocation with last minute editing sucks BIG TIME seriously.
especially when you are stuck with the washing machine-like computer (very old) which has a puny screen and undetectable mouse and microsoft word 2003 that screwed the format of 2007.
plus! photoshopped image got problem and need to recreate it again in less then 1hour.
you tell me stressed or not?!

did 6hours straight of work without food somemore.
everyone in my group was grumpy to the max la, ignoring all others who somehow still managed to fool around, laughing at some nonsense (which at that point of time we don't see why it's so funny because too serious/engrossed already).
no one to blame though.

heng my group didn't have _ otherwise sure fail no need hand in liao.
don't know what the hell is in his brain for the past 18years of his life.

i'm proud of my skin color because i got it from my maternal side of the family, while my sis is much more darker in colour than me.
but i don't really care about it at all.
didn't even think about it until this year, when it all started.

i don't see ANY funny essence in these jokes that you attempt to make.
not only about me, it also applies to people with, what, extreme colour, or so you think.
